Graptoveria Olivia
Olivia is an intergeneric hybrid of Echeveria and Graptopetalum. Shiny olive green rosettes with pink flushes and tips and pale yellow starry flowers. They grow outdoors in frost free areas. Tender soft succulent - will not tolerate frost.
Full sun.
Gritty, Porous and Well-Drained.
Water thoroughly when soil is completely dry to the touch.
Feed once with a weak fertilizer at the beginning of the growing season (Spring or Summer).
You can propagate Graptoveria Olivia by seeds, leaf cuttings or offsets.
Winter, Spring.

Aeonium Kiwi
Aeonium Percarneum (Aeonium "Kiwi") is a drought tolerant succulent with branches of variegated, pointed leaves. Its leaves can have up to 4 colors when grown in ideal condition: green, yellow, white, and red. It grows up to 8 inches and produces bell-shaped flowers in winter. It goes dormant in the summer and grows best in cool shade/ winter time.
Full Sun, Partial Sun. Porous and well-drained sandy soil. 
In winter, water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch, then let drain completely. Avoid letting water sit for too long in the soil to prevent rot and fungal diseases. Reduce watering to a minimum in summer when the plant goes dormant. You can propagate Aeonium Kiwi from leaf cuttings taken when the plant is in its active period.
USDA Zone from 9b: 3.8 °C (25 °F) to 11: above 4.5 °C (40 °F).
Chocolate Soldier
Chocolate Soldier is very drought tolerant when established. The velvety leaves are covered with soft tiny hairs that act as a natural shield from hot sunlight. The tips of the yellow/grey-green leaves have slightly raised tooths with rusty brown spots. Kalanchoe Chocolate Soldier has thick stems which become woody with age.
Full Sun. Porous and well-drained. Water thoroughly only when soil is dry to the touch, then let drain completely.
Feed once per month during the growing season.
USDA Zone 9b - 11.
Pachyveria Haagei
Pachyveria haagei is an easy to grow succulent. Tender succulent with rounded, gray-green leaves. Excellent choice for desert dish gardens. Does great in succulent pots with other similar plants like Echeverias.
It love full sun, with some shade during the hottest part of the day. A good light exposure helps to keep the plants compact and encourage leaf colour and flowering. It needs regular water in summer, but reduce watering during winter month, but fairly drought tolerant elsewhere. Cuttings, seeds. New plants can be also propagated from leaves.
