Job requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment is preferred
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally both in English & Vietnamese
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Ability to work in a result-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
