We're looking for a Customer Support Representative. 


  • Answer incoming customer support tickets via email
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Support online operation per requested
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

        • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
        • Good communication skills
        • Ability to communicate in English, especially in writing
