There are two things we're all in love with: plants and pets. A lot of you are animal and nature lovers with fur balls and greenery all around you. However, a number of plants are not safe for your fluffy friends. Certain plants can be toxic or cause health issues to pets when ingested. Many four-legged creatures have a free reign at home while you try to keep your surroundings beautifully green. At some point, even well-trained pets can be curious and take a bite of your houseplants.

And when this happens, you start worrying if those two can coexist happily in your house. It can be difficult to keep a succulent away from a pet with a determination to chew, so it's up to us to ensure that any plants we cultivate in the home are safe and non-toxic to cats and dogs.

Good news, here we have these pet-friendly succulents just for you. These succulents and cactus are non-toxic and safe to your beloved cats and dogs, so a curious nibble won't result in a trip to the vet. And they are also a gorgeous way to brighten up your home.

These lovely succulents are not only easy to care for but also easy to propagate, making them exceptional candidates for holiday gift-giving.

Care-guide:

Depends on the specific plant you have, each plant has their own care requirements. However, for all succulents, we recommend to use a cactus mix or very fast-draining potting soil. For garden plantings, the ideal soil is sandy and well-drained soils.

Water thoroughly only when the soil is dry to the touch (about every 2 weeks). Never let your succulents sit in water and do NOT water on the leaves. Don't forget to learn  how to water your succulents the right way.
