Christmas is the perfect time to fill your house with festive decorations: baubles, tree ornaments, gift, bright light, candle and, of course Christmas tree. It would be a crime to decorate your house with bold and wild color then leave your door empty during holiday season. This year, we decide to bring the succy Christmas spirit to a new level with a simple DIY succulent wreath. It might be troublesome to craft a piece from scratch but with our easy rendition, you will have more fun with little efforts.
Similar to making a succulent Christmas tree, you will need to prepare a succulent wreath, floral wire, green moss, u-shaped or greening pin and succulent cuttings of different shapes and sizes. You can also read this blog post to see some of the Cutting Positions for Succulent Propagation.
Step 1: Wrap the moss around the wreath. Then, secure the moss with string.
Step 2: Remove lower leaves to expose the stem. We will also keep these leaves for later propagation.
Step 3: Pin the clippings to the wreath using u-shaped pins.
Step 4: Repeat the process around the wreath.
Step 5: Add some fern leaves or berries to complete the look.
