    Tillandsia juncea is a standout air plant prized for its tall, stiff, grass-like leaves that rise from a compact rosette base in shades of sage green to silvery green with brownish sheaths at the base. As an epiphyte, it needs no soil whatsoever, absorbing water and nutrients directly through its leaves via specialized cells called trichomes. When approaching its once-in-a-lifetime bloom, the plant enters a striking "blushing" stage where foliage takes on warm reddish tones, followed by a tall flowering spike with vivid purple tubular flowers and carmine bracts. This beginner-friendly, slow-growing species is non-toxic to pets and children, making it a safe and stylish choice for homes and offices.

    The included small ivory ceramic vase features a clean, minimal aesthetic with a flat bottom for stable tabletop or desk display, and a hole for optional wall or ceiling hanging, offering versatile placement without additional hardware.

    Place your Tillandsia juncea in bright, indirect light near an east- or west-facing window, rotating it occasionally for even growth.
