🌿 For Houseplants
When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging as soon as possible and review the care instructions included with your order. Water based on your plant’s needs, making sure not to overwater.
Houseplants may need a short adjustment period after arrival. Give your plant time to acclimate to its new space before placing it with other plants. You can gently clean the leaves if needed, and wait to fertilize until it has settled in. Always check soil moisture instead of watering on a fixed schedule.

Peperomia caperata Frost is yet another tropical beauty in the Piperaceae family. This plant has a similar foliage color pattern and sometimes is mistaken for Peperomia Watermelon. However, Frost has thicker leaves with more prominent green veins and has an upright growing habit while Watermelon has thinner leaves and grows more in width.
Peperomia Frost is also a compact slow growers. This plant can take several years to reach its full height of around 12 inches. With its showy, silvery stunning foliage, Peperomia Frost can brighten up any living space.
Peperomia Frost grows best in medium to bright, indirect light, and it does not tolerate low light conditions. This plant should be protected from intense, direct sunlight.
This plant is sensitive to both overwatering and underwatering. You should keep your plant slightly moist but not soaked. Check the soil weekly and only water when the topsoil is dry to the touch. Drain well after each watering.
Frost loves rich, well-draining soils that can retain some moisture. You can add some perlite to your general houseplant potting soil to increase drainage and aeration.
Frost thrives in normal room temperatures (between 65°F-80°F) and humidity (40-50%). You can mist your plant and use a humidifier when the environment is too dry (humidity level falls below 40%).
This plant should be fertilized once during the growing season (spring/summer) with diluted houseplant fertilizer.
