When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging right away and follow the care instructions included with your order. Succulents prefer to dry out between waterings, so only water when the soil is completely dry.
Succulents are resilient plants and typically recover quickly once they settle into their new environment. Give them a few days to adjust before placing them in direct sunlight, and avoid fertilizing right away.

Peperomia ferreyrae, commonly known as the “Happy Bean” plant, is a charming semi-succulent houseplant loved for its playful, bean-shaped foliage and compact growth habit. Native to the tropical regions of Peru, this unique Peperomia thrives in warm, humid environments where it naturally grows under the canopy of larger plants.
What makes the Happy Bean truly stand out is its narrow, curved leaves that resemble tiny green beans. The leaves are bright green with a translucent “window” along the top, allowing light to penetrate deeper into the leaf for efficient photosynthesis. While it can produce small, spike-like flowers typical of Peperomia species, the blooms are subtle and not the main attraction—its quirky foliage is the real star.
The Happy Bean plant is prized for its whimsical, bean-like leaves and easy-care nature. Its compact size and drought tolerance make it perfect for beginners, office spaces, or as a decorative accent in modern interiors. It’s also a great choice for collectors looking for something a little different from traditional leafy houseplants.
Prefers bright, indirect light. It can tolerate some gentle morning sun but should be protected from harsh direct sunlight to avoid leaf burn.
Water moderately, allowing the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings. As a semi-succulent, it is somewhat drought-tolerant and sensitive to overwatering.
Thrives in temperatures between 65–80°F (18–27°C). Avoid exposure to temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
