Haworthia Zebra Plant

28 Reviews   |
  •  Haworthia Fasciata 'Zebra Haworthia" is one of the most popular Haworthia species. Its leaves are thin, and dark green with horizontal white ridges that resemble zebra striping.

Zebra Haworthia is often grown as indoor plant because of its attractive appearance and low maintenance. It produces offsets freely, and the offsets can be propagated easily.

All of the plants will be shipped bare root.
  •  Bright light, but not direct sunlight.

Use a cactus mix or very fast-draining potting soil mixed with sand.

the Zebra Plant flowers are small tubular white or pink flowers growing from a very thin kind of stem. It rarely blooms though and the flowers only last for a few days.

Water only when soil feels dry to the touch and then drain completely. Never let the plant sit in water.

  • Your plant will be meticulously bubblewrapped and shipped in a sturdy box. Most 2" plants are shipped in their original plastic pot with soil. Fragile and big 4" plants are shipped bareroot to ensure their safety. When opening your package, some soil may be loose in the box. Plant orders are shipped within 3-5 days depending on availability of the plant. We ship our plants Monday through Friday, all twelve months of the year! If you need your order urgently, please message us so we can upgrade your shipping (additional cost applied). Here is our blog about the shipping process and packaging. We do not ship outside of the continental United States.
  • We only ship out beautiful, healthy plants! Please track your package and open it immediately upon arrival. If you receive your package and are not satisfied, please message us immediately. Fragile plants such as bearpaw, baby toe, etc. may break or loose a few of their leaves during transport. Please contact us for replacements if your plants are severely damaged. We'll try our best to accommodate you. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grown in, depending on availability or time of year.
  • Provide porous soil with adequate drainage, pots with drainage hole are recommended. Bright, filtered light and ample airflow. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch. Never let your succulents sit in water. Do NOT water on the leaves. If you water from beneath by letting the plant sit in a saucer of water, make sure to pour off any excess water after a few minutes. The hotter it is outside, the faster your soil will dry out, so you’ll need to water more often if you live in a hot area. Water with caution in winter, as the plant can lose its roots if the soil stays cold and wet for extended periods; protect from frost to prevent scarring.

On time

This was my first time ordering through Succuluents Box and I'm pleased with my order! I ordered the zebra for my friend for Christmas. I ordered on a Thursday and received it by Monday! The packaging was adorable and the plant looked healthy in its bubble wrap and packing peanut protection. There is also an informational card on how to take care of the plant.

I just moved onto a college campus and it’s the first time in my life that I don’t have pets with me. I had plants at home and thankfully I could have plants now. Weirdly enough, right as the first week began, we had to evacuate for Hurricane Dorian and it arrived and sat in the mail center for over a week. Despite ALL OF THAT, it survived! The Haworthia was the most delicate out of all my plants so even though there were a couple of damaged leaves it still lived more than a week in the box without sunlight or water. They bubble wrapped it so carefully and even included a packet of soil for me to put the plant in the new pot. I’m so happy with it! <3
