• Are veggie plants safe for pets? While most vegetables are non-toxic, some can be harmful if ingested (e.g., tomato leaves and unripe tomatoes). Always double-check each plant’s safety, and to be safe, we recommend placing all plants out of reach of curious pets and young children.
• Is there a guarantee on edible plants? Yes! We offer a 14-day quality guarantee and a 6-month green thumb guarantee in case your plant doesn’t adjust well or you're having care issues. We’re here to help every step of the way.
• How are veggie plants packaged for shipping? Your plants will be shipped with care. Each one is securely wrapped to protect the roots and foliage during transit. Most are shipped bare-root or in soil-free plugs to ensure they stay healthy and arrive intact.
• When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but we always try to get your plants to you as quickly as possible.
• How do I care for veggie plants? We include basic care tips with every order, and you can find more help in our care blog. Most edible plants need 6+ hours of sunlight, regular watering, and well-draining soil. Some may benefit from fertilizer during the growing season.
