Acanthocereus 'Fairy Castle', also called Fairy Castle Cactus, is a columnar cactus native to tropical and subtropical regions of Central America, the Caribbean, and parts of North America. This cactus belongs to the genus Acanthocereus and has a sculptural form with straightforward care needs.

'Fairy Castle' grows in tall, upright columns that branch and cluster over time, with each stem lined in neat rows of short spines that give it a castle-turret appearance. The stems are green and ribbed along their length, and the clustering growth style means a mature plant fills out into a dense, tiered display that works on shelves or windowsills.

It is related to the night-blooming cereus group and can produce large white nocturnal flowers on mature specimens, though blooms are rare indoors and typically require a drop in nighttime temperatures to trigger flowering.
