  •   Echeveria Agyntha is a rare pastel rosette succulent in the Crassulaceae family, native to the semi-arid regions of Mexico. It evolved to grow in bright light and fast-draining soil, making it suitable for beginner plant parents and collectors seeking a succulent with the leaves are creamy greens, soft pinks, and lavender tones.

The plant forms tightly packed rosettes with smooth, spoon-shaped leaves that taper to gentle points. Depending on light exposure, the foliage shifts between creamy greens, soft pinks, and lavender tones. Over time, it clusters and produces offsets around the mother rosette, gradually expanding into a multi-headed display.

Cool nighttime temperatures encourage blooming, a trait shared across the Echeveria genus. Specific bloom details for this species vary by growing conditions, so flower color and season are best confirmed at purchase.

You can leave it up to ten days without water. It is non-toxic to cats and dogs. Move it outside in summer to a bright, sheltered spot, but cover it from heavy rain to prevent water pooling in the rosette. In cooler months, bring it indoors before temperatures drop below 40°F. Individual rosettes stay compact, reaching 3 to 6 inches across, making it suitable for windowsills, dish gardens, and succulent arrangements. The clustering habit means you will eventually produce offsets to propagate or share.

  •   Echeveria Agyntha grows well in bright indirect light, partial sun, or direct sun, but may scorch in intense south-facing windows during peak summer.

Water it thoroughly every 10-14 days during the growing season and reduce to once every 3-4 weeks in winter, always letting the soil dry out completely between waterings.

Echeveria agyntha grows well in a gritty, fast-draining mix, ideally a cactus and succulent blend combined with extra perlite at a roughly 50/50 ratio.

It prefers temperatures between 60-80°F and should be brought indoors before temperatures drop below 40°F.

Echeveria agyntha is a slow to moderate grower and benefits from a diluted balanced succulent fertilizer applied once monthly during the active growing season.

It is hardy in USDA zones 9-11 and tolerates frost down to 25-30°F. It grows outdoors year-round in southern California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, and Hawaii, as well as coastal regions of Oregon and Washington. It also succeeds in sheltered microclimates within zone 9 pockets of Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Arkansas, and North Carolina.
  • Q: How often should I water Echeveria Agyntha?
A: Wilting or slightly wrinkled leaves signal that watering is needed. During the growing season, check soil moisture every 10-14 days; in winter, extend the interval to once monthly.

Q: Is it safe to keep around pets?
A: Echeveria Agyntha is non-toxic to cats and dogs and can be displayed anywhere in your home without concern.

Q: Does Echeveria agyntha need direct sun?
A: It grows in bright indirect light, partial sun, or direct sun. Intense south-facing windows can cause leaf scorch during peak summer, so rotate the pot regularly for even light exposure on all sides.

Q: What happens if I overwater it?
A: Echeveria agyntha is prone to root rot if soil stays wet. The leaves may become mushy or translucent.

Q: How large does Echeveria agyntha get?
A: Individual rosettes typically reach 3-6 inches in diameter and remain compact. Over time it clusters and produces offsets, gradually spreading outward.

Q: Can I leave it unwatered while traveling?
A: Echeveria agyntha can go up to ten days without water.

    🌵 For Succulents
When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging right away and follow the care instructions included with your order. Succulents prefer to dry out between waterings, so only water when the soil is completely dry.
Succulents are resilient plants and typically recover quickly once they settle into their new environment. Give them a few days to adjust before placing them in direct sunlight, and avoid fertilizing right away.
