    How to Use

    Step 1: Prepare the Water Source

    • Fill a container (cup, jar, or bottle) with clean water
    • Place it slightly lower or level with the plant pot for best flow

    Step 2: Insert the Waterer

    • Gently push the ceramic stake or tube into the soil near the plant roots
    • Ensure it is secure and stable

    Step 3: Connect the Tube

    • Insert one end of the tube into the water container
    • Make sure the tube is fully submerged to allow continuous water flow

    Step 4: Let It Work

    • The system will automatically draw water into the soil as it dries
    • No electricity, timers, or setup required

    • Not suitable for plants that require very dry soil (e.g., some cacti)
    • Avoid overwatering—monitor soil moisture the first few uses
    • Keep tubing straight (no kinks) for proper water flow

      When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
      Please remove your plants from their packaging as soon as possible and review the care instructions included with your order. Water based on your plant’s needs, making sure not to overwater.
      Houseplants may need a short adjustment period after arrival. Give your plant time to acclimate to its new space before placing it with other plants. You can gently clean the leaves if needed, and wait to fertilize until it has settled in. Always check soil moisture instead of watering on a fixed schedule.
