  • Your plant will be meticulously bubblewrapped and shipped in a sturdy box. Most 2" plants are shipped in their original plastic pot with soil. Fragile and big 4" plants are shipped bareroot to ensure their safety. When opening your package, some soil may be loose in the box. Plant orders are shipped within 3-5 days depending on availability of the plant. We ship our plants Monday through Friday, all twelve months of the year! If you need your order urgently, please message us so we can upgrade your shipping (additional cost applied). Here is our blog about the shipping process and packaging. We do not ship outside of the continental United States.

*** All of our packages are sterilized before leaving the door.

** We ship all year round, heat packs are available for purchase in the winter. Please purchase a heatpack if the temperature in your area is below 40F. If your heatpack isn't in the same order with your other plants, please drop us a message, we'll add it for you.
  • We only ship out beautiful, healthy plants! Please track your package and open it immediately upon arrival. If you receive your package and are not satisfied, please message us immediately. Fragile plants such as bearpaw, baby toe, etc. may break or loose a few of their leaves during transport. Please contact us for replacements if your plants are severely damaged. We'll try our best to accommodate you. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grown in, depending on availability or time of year.
  • Provide porous soil with adequate drainage, pots with drainage hole are recommended. Bright, filtered light and ample airflow. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch. Never let your succulents sit in water. Do NOT water on the leaves. If you water from beneath by letting the plant sit in a saucer of water, make sure to pour off any excess water after a few minutes. The hotter it is outside, the faster your soil will dry out, so you’ll need to water more often if you live in a hot area. Water with caution in winter, as the plant can lose its roots if the soil stays cold and wet for extended periods; protect from frost to prevent scarring.

Really good...I am enjoying my plants very much! There was only one a couple months ago that came in a bit damaged, and I thought it would recover but it didn’t.

Perfectly boxed cared-for plants

I love getting a surprise box every month. The added picture cards with names helps me to learn about new varieties. I google the names and add care info on the back of the cards that I slip into a page protector that is part of my ‘gardening’ 3-leaf notebook.

Healthy Succulents

All plants arrived in good condition with name cards. I googled the names to write their requirements on the cards. Except for one I forgot about in very hot weather that died, the others have grown well, one even flowering.

Birthday gift

I bought the subscription for my partner’s birthday. He was thrilled about the two little plants and I think his eyes nearly fell out of his head when I said he had a year’s subscription and would be getting two plants a month. He loves succulents and learning about new varieties.
