PART TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP

We're looking for a Part time Customer Support Rep. This person will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage all incoming messages from 12 pm (PST) – 4 pm (PST) (3am – 7 am Vietnam time), Monday – Saturday
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

JOB LOCATION:

• Remote or Hochiminh City
• Monday – Saturday, 12 pm (PST) – 4 pm (PST) (3 am – 7 am Indochina time)

REQUIREMENT

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate in English
• Attention to detail
