Executive Assistant

We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and managerial support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the executives in the US and employees in Vietnam
• Create contents and be in charge of customer service on social media and e-commerce sites
• Be the point of contact with clients and suppliers in Vietnam
• Recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ staff in Vietnam
• Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding process
• Delegate responsibilities, expect accountability and give regular feedback to staff in Vietnam
• Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization.
• Organize company events such as charity trips, company bonding event, & year end events

Requirements

• Interested in plants and creative businesses
• Can speak and write in English fluently
• Excellent organizational management and communication skills
• Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
• Detail oriented
