Customer Support Representative
We're looking for a Customer Support Representative.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer incoming customer support tickets via email
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Support online operation per requested
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
JOB LOCATION:
REQUIREMENT
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Good communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English, especially in writing
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
