Customer Support Rep

We're looking for a Customer Support Rep. This person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage all incoming messages
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

      JOB LOCATION:

      • District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

      REQUIREMENT

      • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
      • Good communication and presentation skills
      • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
      • Ability to communicate in English 
      • Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team
      • Attention to detail
      • Good organizational and time-management skills
      • Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
