  •   Echeveria Ramillette is a compact rosette succulent in the Crassulaceae family, native to Mexico where it grows in rocky, well-drained terrain with bright sun and minimal rainfall. It grows easily in a wide range of conditions and suits both beginners and collectors.

It forms tight, symmetrical rosettes packed with plump, spoon-shaped leaves in soft green with subtle pinkish or reddish tips that deepen in bright light. The clustering growth habit means one plant gradually multiplies into a dense mound of layered rosettes, each individual rosette reaching 3 to 4 inches across. The compact form and clean structure work well on any shelf or windowsill.

Echeveria Ramillette produces slender arching stems topped with small, coral-to-orange bell-shaped blooms, typically appearing in late winter through spring. It needs a cool nighttime temperature drop to trigger blooming, so moving it near a cooler window in autumn can encourage a floral display.

You can leave it up to ten days without water. Move it outside in summer in a bright, sheltered spot, and it can stay outside through autumn in warm climates with proper rain protection to prevent rot. Keep it away from direct AC or heater vents, and rotate it regularly for even, symmetrical growth. It is completely pet-friendly and safe for cats and dogs in any room of your home.

  •   Echeveria Ramillette grows well in bright indirect light to partial or full sun, ideally near a south or east-facing window.

Water it thoroughly every 10 to 14 days in spring and summer, allowing soil to dry completely between waterings, and reduce to once monthly in winter.

Echeveria Ramillette does best in a gritty, fast-draining cactus and succulent mix blended with extra perlite at roughly a 2:1 ratio.

It prefers temperatures between 60 and 80°F and should be protected from frost below 25°F.

Echeveria Ramillette is a slow to moderate grower that needs only a light balanced fertilizer once in spring and once in early summer.

It is hardy in USDA zones 9 through 11, tolerating brief dips to around 25°F but performing best with frost protection. It grows outdoors year-round in warm states like California, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi. It may also thrive during mild winters along the Oregon coast and in sheltered spots in Arkansas, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
  • Q: Is Echeveria Ramillette pet-friendly?
A: It is non-toxic and safe for cats and dogs, making it a safe choice for any pet-friendly household.

Q: What happens if this plant gets too much direct sun?
A: Echeveria Ramillette leaves can scorch in intense south-facing windows during summer heat; diffuse the light slightly or move it back a few inches from the window during peak afternoon sun.

Q: How big does Echeveria Ramillette get?
A: Individual rosettes typically reach 3 to 4 inches across, and the overall clump spreads wider over time as offsets cluster around the mother rosette.

Q: Can this plant survive outdoors?
A: Echeveria Ramillette loves spending summer outdoors in a bright, sheltered spot and can stay outside through autumn in zones 9 to 11, as long as it has cover from heavy rain.

Q: How do I propagate Echeveria Ramillette?
A: Gently remove offsets that cluster at the base and pot them in well-draining succulent mix, or propagate from individual leaves during the warm growing season.

Q: What are the signs of overwatering?
A: Soft, translucent leaves at the base of the rosette indicate overwatering and root rot; always let the soil dry completely between waterings and ensure the pot has drainage holes.

    🌵 For Succulents
When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging right away and follow the care instructions included with your order. Succulents prefer to dry out between waterings, so only water when the soil is completely dry.
Succulents are resilient plants and typically recover quickly once they settle into their new environment. Give them a few days to adjust before placing them in direct sunlight, and avoid fertilizing right away.
