  •   Crassula 'Devil's Horns', also called Devil'S Horns, is a rare architectural succulent in the family Crassulaceae native to the rocky, arid regions of South Africa. It has adapted to grow in home and office environments alike, earning devotion from beginner and seasoned collectors for its sculptural appeal.

The plant earns its dramatic common name from distinctive upright, horn-shaped leaves that form tight rosettes and cluster outward into a wide-spreading display over time. Thick, fleshy leaves are deep green with defined edges, creating a sculptural silhouette that stands out in any collection as a desk succulent or shelf accent.

Crassula 'Devil's Horns' may produce small, star-shaped flowers typical of the Crassula genus when given a nighttime temperature drop during cooler months. Its clustering growth habit and bold horn-shaped form make it a year-round focal point.

Move it outside in summer in a bright, sheltered spot; just protect it from heavy rain and bring it back inside before temperatures drop. It handles balcony wind without trouble. You can leave it up to ten days without water. Crassula 'Devil's Horns' is non-toxic to cats and dogs, making it safe for households with animals. It remains compact and manageable on windowsills, desks, and indoor shelves.

  •   Crassula Devil's Horns grows well in bright indirect light and should be rotated regularly for even, balanced growth.

Water it deeply every 10-14 days in summer and reduce to once a month in winter, letting soil dry fully between waterings.

Crassula 'Devil's Horns' does best in a fast-draining succulent and cactus mix blended with perlite for added aeration.

It prefers temperatures between 60–80°F and should be protected from frost and kept away from AC vents and heater drafts.

Crassula 'Devil's Horns' is a slow to moderate grower that benefits from a diluted balanced fertilizer once in spring and once in early summer.

It is hardy in USDA zones 9–11, tolerating brief dips no lower than around 25–30°F before cold damage sets in. Crassula 'Devil's Horns' grows outdoors year-round in California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi. It grows outside with seasonal protection in coastal Oregon, coastal Washington, and parts of New Mexico. Growers in all other states can use it as an indoor or container plant moved outside for summer.

    🌵 For Succulents
When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging right away and follow the care instructions included with your order. Succulents prefer to dry out between waterings, so only water when the soil is completely dry.
Succulents are resilient plants and typically recover quickly once they settle into their new environment. Give them a few days to adjust before placing them in direct sunlight, and avoid fertilizing right away.
