  •   Aloe Coral Fire is a hybrid succulent bred for bold color and drought tolerance. It belongs to the Asphodelaceae family and traces its ancestry to the arid landscapes of southern and eastern Africa, where aloes have evolved to thrive in harsh, dry conditions.

It grows in a compact rosette habit that clusters outward over time, producing offsets that fill a pot with layered texture. The leaves are thick and fleshy with soft teeth along the edges, showing a vivid coral-to-red flush that deepens in bright light. Most specimens reach 6–10 inches across and stay manageable in containers for years, never becoming unwieldy indoors or in a garden bed.

It produces upright flower spikes that rise above the rosette in late winter and spring, bearing tubular blooms in orange-to-coral tones. A nighttime temperature drop in autumn can encourage more flowering, so placing it near a cooler window during that season helps trigger blooms. The rosette itself remains ornamental year-round, even when not in flower.

You can leave it up to ten days without water. During summer, move it outside to a patio or garden bed where it receives bright sun, but shelter it from heavy rain to prevent root rot. The sap can irritate skin or paws, so keep it on a high shelf and away from small children and pets. It naturally produces pups around the base as it matures; separate a pup with a clean blade once it has developed its own roots and pot it into well-draining succulent mix.

  •   Aloe Coral Fire grows in bright indirect light, partial sun, or full sun, though intense south-facing windows can scorch leaves without gradual acclimation.

Water it deeply every 2–3 weeks in summer and cut back to once a month or less in winter.

Aloe Coral Fire does best in a well-draining cactus and succulent mix blended with perlite for added aeration.

It prefers temperatures between 55–80°F and should be brought indoors before frost threatens.

Aloe Coral Fire is a slow-to-moderate grower that needs only a light, balanced succulent fertilizer once or twice during the growing season.

It is hardy in USDA zones 9–11 and tolerates only very light frost before needing protection below around 25°F. It grows outdoors year-round across Florida, California, Texas, Arizona, Hawaii, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and Nevada, with coastal Oregon and parts of New Mexico also falling within a suitable range.
  • Q: How often should I water Aloe Coral Fire?
A: Every 2–3 weeks during warm months. In winter, reduce to once a month or less. The leaves feel slightly soft when the plant needs water.

Q: What light does it need indoors?
A: Aloe Coral Fire does best in bright indirect light or partial sun near a sunny window. Rotate the pot occasionally so all sides receive even light and the rosette stays symmetrical.

Q: Is Aloe Coral Fire safe around pets and children?
A: No. The sap can irritate skin and paws on contact, so keep it on a high shelf and well away from curious cats, dogs, and small children.

Q: How big does it grow?
A: Aloe Coral Fire forms compact rosettes that typically reach 6–10 inches across and cluster outward over time as it matures.

Q: Can Aloe Coral Fire be moved outdoors in summer?
A: Yes. It loves spending summer outside in a bright spot with direct sun, but shelter it from heavy rain and bring it back indoors before temperatures drop near frost.

Q: How do I propagate it?
A: Aloe Coral Fire naturally produces offsets, or pups, around the base of the mother rosette. Separate a pup with a clean blade once it has its own roots and pot it into well-draining succulent mix.

    🌵 For Succulents
When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging right away and follow the care instructions included with your order. Succulents prefer to dry out between waterings, so only water when the soil is completely dry.
Succulents are resilient plants and typically recover quickly once they settle into their new environment. Give them a few days to adjust before placing them in direct sunlight, and avoid fertilizing right away.
