It evolved on dry, rocky hillsides where intense sun and sharp drainage are the norm, traits that shape how it grows indoors and out. It is a variegated aeonium for anyone building a succulent collection or starting their first houseplant.

        The plant forms tight rosettes of layered leaves in shades of green with creamy or contrasting margins that shift slightly with light exposure. It grows upright in a clustering habit, producing multiple rosettes on sturdy stems that stack vertically rather than sprawling.
