    •   Gasterhaworthia 'Hippo' is a rare hybrid succulent created by crossing Gasteria and Haworthia species. It originated from horticultural breeding programs designed to develop compact, resilient houseplants suited to indoor growing.

        It forms a tight compact rosette with thick, triangular leaves marked by white spotted patterns across their dark green surface. The leaves taper to soft points, creating a star-shaped silhouette. The smooth, nearly translucent leaf texture and dense rosette structure keep the plant well-proportioned for containers.

        Gasterhaworthia 'Hippo' occasionally produces small tubular flowers on slender stalks during warmer months, though it is primarily grown for its foliage. The plant tolerates dry air and can survive extended periods without watering.
