Croton Picasso's Paintbrush or Codiaeum variegatum 'Picasso's Paintbrush' is a striking evergreen shrub in the spurge family (Euphorbiaceae), primarily grown as an ornamental houseplant for its colorful, narrow foliage.
The Codiaeum variegatum species is native to the tropical forests of Southeast Asia and Northern Australia. 'Picasso's Paintbrush' is a distinctive modern cultivar.
Unlike most Crotons with broad leaves, this variety features very long, thin, grass-like leaves that are heavily variegated with shades of green, yellow, orange, red, and pink, creating an unusual, brushstroke-like effect.
