The Alocasia 'Scalprum', or Samar Lance, Scalprum Alocasia, Elephant Ear, is a collector's dream, celebrated for its unique, almost weapon-like foliage.
Alocasia Scalprum features long, narrow, lance-shaped leaves with a glossy, almost metallic, deep emerald green color and distinct, embossed texture (scabrid). Leaf undersides often have a purplish hue.

Bright, indirect light is essential for strong growth and maintaining the dark leaf color. Too little light leads to slow growth; direct sun will scorch the leaves.
Keep the soil consistently moist, but never soggy. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out slightly before watering again. Reduce frequency during its winter dormancy period.
Requires an airy, rich, and extremely well-draining aroid mix.
It prefers temperatures between 65°F and 78°F (18°C to 25°C).
