    •   Echeveria 'Rosetta Olive' is a rare succulent from the Crassulaceae family, native to the semi-arid regions of Mexico and Central America. Like all echeverias, it evolved in rocky, well-draining terrain with plenty of sun and seasonal dry spells, making it a naturally tough plant for indoors or out.

        'Rosetta Olive' forms tight, symmetrical rosettes in an olive green tone. The fleshy, spoon-shaped leaves are smooth and plump, layered in a perfect spiral that creates the classic rosette succulent form. Over time, it offsets freely into a clumping cluster, multiplying the visual impact as each new rosette matures.

        'Rosetta Olive' may produce slender bloom stalks with small, bell-shaped flowers typical of the genus, and a nighttime temperature drop in autumn can encourage blooming. It propagates easily from the offsets that form at the base of the mother rosette.

        Keep it away from air conditioning and heating vents, and rotate it regularly so all sides of the rosette develop evenly. Move it outside in summer in a bright spot with some protection from heavy rain. Bring it back inside before temperatures drop close to freezing in autumn. The compact size works well for windowsills, shelves, and small dish gardens.

    •   Echeveria 'Rosetta Olive' grows well in bright indirect light to full sun, though it may scorch in intense south-facing windows during peak summer.

        Water it deeply every 10-14 days in summer, cutting back to once a month in winter, always letting soil dry fully between waterings.

        'Rosetta Olive' does best in a gritty, fast-draining cactus and succulent mix amended with perlite or coarse sand.

        It prefers temperatures between 60–80°F and should be protected from frost below 32°F.

        'Rosetta Olive' is a slow to moderate grower that needs only a light balanced fertilizer once in spring and once in early summer.

        It is hardy in USDA zones 9–11. It grows outdoors year-round in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. It also grows outdoors in the warmer coastal zones of Oregon and Washington, along with parts of New Mexico and the Gulf Coast regions.
