    •   Crassula orbicularis var. rosularis is a clumping succulent in the Crassulaceae family, native to rocky slopes and grasslands of South Africa. It evolved to handle drought and bright sun with ease, growing indoors or outdoors as an addition to any collection.

        The plant forms tight, symmetrical rosettes of fleshy, spoon-shaped leaves that layer as clusters spread and multiply. Leaf color ranges from soft green to purple-tinged, deepening with stronger light exposure. The low, compact clustering habit means each pot gradually fills with a dense arrangement of rosettes.

        Small flowers appear on slender stalks when the plant experiences cooler nighttime temperatures, typically in autumn or after a period outdoors. Move it outside for summer or expose it to cool autumn nights to encourage blooming.
