  •   Echeveria Pulidonis Succulent is a rosette-forming succulent from the Crassulaceae family, native to Mexico where it grows in rocky, semi-arid terrain. It grows indoors and outdoors with basic care, appealing to both beginner and collector gardeners.

It forms a tight, upright rosette of powdery blue-green leaves, each one edged in vivid red or coral-pink margins that deepen with sun exposure. The spoon-shaped leaves have a smooth, chalky coating called farina that gives the plant its signature frosted appearance. It stays compact and grows in symmetrical form, typically reaching 4 to 6 inches in diameter.

In spring, Echeveria Pulidonis produces slender arching stems topped with coral-orange to yellow bell-shaped flowers. A cooler nighttime temperature drop helps trigger blooming, so placing it near a window in late winter can encourage flowering. The plant is pet-friendly and non-toxic to cats and dogs.

Move it outdoors to a bright, sheltered spot during summer months, then bring it inside before temperatures drop in autumn. It grows well under office LEDs when natural light is limited, though direct south-facing sun can scorch its powdery farina. You can leave it up to ten days without water. You can propagate Echeveria Pulidonis easily from leaf cuttings or offsets that form at the base of the rosette; allow cuttings to callous for a day or two before placing them on dry, well-draining soil.

  •   Echeveria Pulidonis Succulent grows well in bright indirect light and benefits from rotating regularly for even, balanced rosette growth.

Water it deeply every 10 to 14 days in spring and summer, reducing to once a month in winter when growth slows.

Echeveria Pulidonis grows well in a gritty, fast-draining cactus and perlite mix to prevent root rot.

It prefers temperatures between 65–80°F and should be protected from frost below 25°F.

Echeveria Pulidonis is a slow to moderate grower that appreciates a light balanced fertilizer once in spring and once in early summer.

It is hardy in USDA Zones 9 through 11, where temperatures stay reliably above 25°F. It grows outdoors year-round across California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi. Coastal areas of Oregon, Washington, and North Carolina, along with parts of New Mexico and Arkansas, support it in protected microclimates through mild winters.
  • Q: How often should I water Echeveria Pulidonis Succulent?
A: Water deeply every 10 to 14 days during the growing season, letting soil dry completely between waterings. In winter, reduce frequency to once a month as growth slows.

Q: Is it safe around pets?
A: Echeveria Pulidonis Succulent is non-toxic and safe for cats and dogs.

Q: What light conditions does Echeveria Pulidonis need indoors?
A: Bright indirect light supports healthy growth. It can survive under office LEDs but may develop weaker rosettes; direct south-facing windows risk leaf scorch.

Q: How big does it get?
A: Echeveria Pulidonis typically reaches 4 to 6 inches in diameter and stays compact.

Q: Can I propagate Echeveria Pulidonis from leaves?
A: Yes, leaf cuttings and offsets root easily when allowed to callous for a day or two before placement on dry, well-draining soil.

Q: Can it survive outdoors year-round in my area?
A: Echeveria Pulidonis is hardy outdoors year-round in USDA Zones 9–11 across California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Hawaii, and the Deep South. In colder zones, grow it in a pot and bring it inside before frost.

    🌵 For Succulents
When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging right away and follow the care instructions included with your order. Succulents prefer to dry out between waterings, so only water when the soil is completely dry.
Succulents are resilient plants and typically recover quickly once they settle into their new environment. Give them a few days to adjust before placing them in direct sunlight, and avoid fertilizing right away.
