Echeveria 'Blue Sky' is a rosette succulent in the Crassulaceae family, native to the semi-arid highlands of Mexico and Central America. Its drought tolerance stems from its natural habitat, where dry conditions shaped every aspect of its growth. It grows as a compact rosette and clusters over time.

The leaves are plump and spoon-shaped, arranged in tight, symmetrical rosettes with a soft powdery blue-green color. A natural waxy coating called farina gives each leaf a dusty finish. In bright sun, the leaf tips blush pink or red. As it matures, 'Blue Sky' produces offsets at the base, filling a pot with layered rosettes that reach 4 to 6 inches across.
