United StatesEverything that I have ordered from Succulents Box has been well packaged so that the soil stays in the pot and protected from jostling and breakage during shipping. I have not had to put any plant back in its pot and add more soil because it was that well packaged. The Pagoda Village arrived in beautiful condition. Looking forward to seeing it bloom away in my garden.

Crassula Capitella Subsp. Thyrsiflora ‘Pagoda Village’ is a rare succulent that grows tightly stacked triangular leaves, resembling the shape of a pagoda. The branches can grow up to 10 inches long. Unlike Crassula Shark Tooth/ Red Pagoda, Crassula Pagoda Village has leaves that are flatter and grow a bit downward. The foliage has shades of red, purple and green. Crassula Capitella Subsp.
Thyrsiflora ‘Pagoda Village’ produces tiny white or pink flowers from mid-summer to early fall.
All of the plants may be shipped bare root.

Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch, then let drain completely. Avoid letting water sit for too long in the soil to prevent rot and fungal diseases. Reduce watering in the winter.
Well-Drained, Rich, Gritty. Optimal pH is around 6.0 (slightly acidic).
Average summer temperatures from 65ºF/18ºC to 70ºF/21ºC are ideal. In winter, it can survive temperatures as low as 50ºF/10ºC.
Feed once with a controlled-release fertilizer at the beginning of the growing season.
You can propagate Crassula Pagoda Village by division, offsets or leaf cuttings. The easiest way is to propagate from a single leaf: put the leaf in a succulent or cacti mix, then cover until it sprouts.
