  • Pachyphytum Oviferum is a lovely succulent with pinkish chubby pebble-like leaves covered with a thin layer of white powder. It's very popular and highly sought after due to its cute color and appearance.

In winter to early spring, it produces dark pink bell-shaped flowers.

All of the plants will be shipped bare root.

It is a tender soft succulent that is not frost tolerant and need protection from hot sunlight.

Extremely fragile. Some leaves may fall off during shipping.

This moonstone is pink, but during shipping it may change color due to the condition in the box. It will turn pink and thrive again if well taken care of.

This is a fragile plant, so we'll try our best to pack it very carefully with multiple layers of bubblewrap and peanuts, and the box will have multiple fragile signs. However, we cannot control how USPS handle packages. Therefore please understand that we cannot offer replacement or refund if some leaves break during transportation! We're more than happy to share tips on leaf propagation, so please feel free to let us know if you have any question.

This plant is hardy down to around 25 degrees F. It does enjoy regular watering during the warmer months but it must be protected from cold weather (below freezing) during the winter. You will receive a plant similar to the one pictured, please be aware that no 2 plants are exactly the same. Also be careful of overwatering because it may be prone to root rot if soil remains wet for too long.

*** The size options are represtentative of pots that the plants come in. Sometimes customer may receive multiple plants instead of a large one to make up size.

*** All of our packages are sterilized before leaving the door.
  • We only ship out beautiful, healthy plants! Please track your package and open it immediately upon arrival. If you receive your package and are not satisfied, please message us immediately. Fragile plants such as bearpaw, baby toe, etc. may break or loose a few of their leaves during transport. Please contact us for replacements if your plants are severely damaged. We'll try our best to accommodate you. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grown in, depending on availability or time of year.
  • Provide porous soil with adequate drainage, pots with drainage hole are recommended. Bright, filtered light and ample airflow. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch. Never let your succulents sit in water. Do NOT water on the leaves. If you water from beneath by letting the plant sit in a saucer of water, make sure to pour off any excess water after a few minutes. The hotter it is outside, the faster your soil will dry out, so you’ll need to water more often if you live in a hot area. Water with caution in winter, as the plant can lose its roots if the soil stays cold and wet for extended periods; protect from frost to prevent scarring.

Adorable and Unusual!

This is my tenth (and final? right) succulent for my new indoor garden and I could not be more pleased. I was worried that it would not fare well in transit as the description says this variety can be delicate, but it was in perfect condition and took to its new pot in the sun immediately. It is my smallest but cutest plant thus far and brings me great joy just looking at it! I am new to succulents but my experience with this company has been so satisfying that I may focus on this kind of gardening going forward and not do an outdoor garden this spring with more traditional container plantings. Last year my deck garden was alternately baked and drowned due to increasingly erratic weather here in Vermont. It was both frustrating and heartbreaking trying to keep things alive and well and eventually surrendering to the inevitable. This is such a great alternative - I can have the company of these beautiful living things in my home and under my care and not worry about extreme conditions or insects or cheeky squirrels! It is definitely a different kind of plant tending requiring patience and vigilance but I love it! Many thanks to Succulents Box for their excellent service and products!

Adorable little guys

I ordered seeds from someplace else and they were so tiny it scared me. I found Succulents Box had it for cheaper than the seeds. I received 4 little tiny plants. All look happy and healthy. So chubby, cute and pink. I love them. If I can find the tiny seeds I'll throw them in with the plants but even the envelope was so small that I have no idea where it went! So very happy with my purchase. I've order 2 more times since.
