  •   Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol' is a rare architectural succulent from the Crassula genus in the stonecrop family. It originates from South Africa's arid regions, where it evolved its distinctive drought-tolerant characteristics.

The green spiral leaves create a twisted formation that spirals upward in a compact, geometric pattern. Each small rosette has thick, fleshy leaves arranged in perfect spirals that catch light from every angle. The upright growth form and unique spiral architecture is recognizable among succulent collectors.

It produces small white or pale pink flower clusters during cooler months when the plant experiences natural temperature fluctuations. Rotating it regularly maintains its perfect spiral symmetry, and it does well in terrarium environments.

This slow-growing desktop plant reaches 4-6 inches tall and 3-4 inches wide at maturity. Move it outside for summer growing seasons, but keep it covered from rain to prevent root rot. You can leave it up to ten days without water. Keep it out of reach of pets and small children.

  •   Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol' grows well in bright indirect light and tolerates some direct sun exposure daily.

Water it every 7-10 days during the growing season, allowing soil to dry completely between waterings. Reduce to every 2-3 weeks during winter.

Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol' requires well-draining cactus and succulent soil mix with added perlite or pumice for optimal drainage.

It prefers temperatures between 65 and 80°F and cannot tolerate frost below 32°F.

Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol' is a slow-growing succulent requiring only diluted succulent fertilizer twice yearly.

It is hardy in USDA zones 9-11 and cannot survive frost temperatures below 32°F. It grows year-round outdoors in Florida, Hawaii, southern California, southern Texas, southern Arizona, southern Nevada, coastal Oregon, Louisiana, southern Georgia, South Carolina, southern Alabama, and southern Mississippi. In cooler regions, it grows as an indoor houseplant or moves outdoors during warm summer months.
  • Q: How often should I water Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol'?
A: Every 7-10 days during spring and summer with completely dry soil between waterings. Reduce to every 2-3 weeks during winter dormancy.

Q: Is this plant safe for pets?
A: No, keep Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol' out of reach of cats and dogs. Place it on high shelves or in areas where pets cannot access it.

Q: What light conditions does Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol' need?
A: Bright indirect light works best, with tolerance for some direct morning sun. It grows well under office LEDs and should be rotated regularly for even spiral development.

Q: How fast does it grow?
A: Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol' is a slow-growing succulent that maintains its compact spiral form for years. It rarely needs repotting and develops its distinctive shape gradually over time.

Q: Can Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol' be propagated?
A: Propagate from leaf cuttings or offsets. Allow cuttings to callus for several days before planting in well-draining succulent soil. The spiral pattern takes time to develop.

Q: How much space does it need?
A: Crassula 'Spiralis Estagnol' stays compact at 4-6 inches tall and 3-4 inches wide, making it suitable for terrariums and small shelves.

    🌵 For Succulents
When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging right away and follow the care instructions included with your order. Succulents prefer to dry out between waterings, so only water when the soil is completely dry.
Succulents are resilient plants and typically recover quickly once they settle into their new environment. Give them a few days to adjust before placing them in direct sunlight, and avoid fertilizing right away.
