When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging right away and follow the care instructions included with your order. Succulents prefer to dry out between waterings, so only water when the soil is completely dry.
Succulents are resilient plants and typically recover quickly once they settle into their new environment. Give them a few days to adjust before placing them in direct sunlight, and avoid fertilizing right away.

Cleistocactus winteri ssp. colademononis, commonly known as the Monkey Tail Cactus, is a unique trailing cactus admired for its long, cascading stems covered in soft, white, hair-like spines. Its flowing, tail-like growth makes it perfect for hanging baskets and elevated planters.
The Monkey Tail Cactus produces striking, tubular flowers that emerge along its trailing stems, typically in spring to summer. The blooms are vibrant red to deep pink, often quite large compared to the stems, and create a dramatic contrast against the plant’s soft, silvery hairs. With proper care and maturity, it can bloom repeatedly during the growing season.
The Monkey Tail Cactus stands out for its unusual, cascading stems that resemble soft, furry tails—unlike typical spiny cacti. Requires a very well-draining cactus mix. Adding sand, pumice, or perlite is essential to mimic its natural rocky habitat and prevent excess moisture retention.
Suitable for USDA zones 9–11. It is not frost-tolerant and should be brought indoors or protected in colder climates.
