    •   Echeveria 'Mensa' is a drought-tolerant succulent that forms symmetrical rosettes in the classic Echeveria style. It originates from the mountainous regions of Mexico, where Echeveria species grow naturally in rocky, well-draining environments.

        'Mensa' has blue-green leaves arranged in perfect rosettes that reach 6–8 inches across. The thick, fleshy leaves have purple edges that deepen with bright light exposure, creating contrast against the powdery blue-green centers. It maintains a compact form while developing multiple offsets around the base over time.

        'Mensa' produces tall flower spikes with coral-pink blooms during spring and summer months. It tolerates dry heated air well and can move outside for summer growing, though it needs cover from rain to prevent rot.

        You can leave it up to ten days without water. It works well in containers, rock gardens, or as part of succulent arrangements. Rotate it regularly for even growth. The plant is pet-friendly and non-toxic to cats and dogs.

It also grows in southern Nevada and parts of coastal Oregon, plus protected microclimates within southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and select areas of North Carolina's coast where winter temperatures rarely drop below freezing.
