    •   Sedum Orange Glow is a drought-tolerant succulent in the Crassulaceae family, native to Mexico where it grows on rocky, sun-drenched slopes. It forms compact rosettes and clusters that work equally well as a houseplant or garden accent, growing on minimal water and bright light.

        The leaves are plump and banana-shaped, clustering and trailing as the plant matures. Color shifts from soft green to copper-orange in bright sun, with the intensity deepening as light exposure increases. It develops a cascading habit that spills over pot edges.

        It produces small, star-shaped yellow blooms on slender stems during its flowering season. The flowers add subtle contrast against the orange foliage, though the plant remains ornamental even without blooms.

        Move it outside in summer to a sunny spot, providing shelter from prolonged heavy rain to prevent root rot. It handles the dry, heated air of indoor environments well and can go up to ten days without water. Rotate it regularly for even, symmetrical growth, and keep it away from direct AC or heater vents.
