    •   Sedum Fire Storm Succulent - Sedum x adolphi is a hybrid succulent in the Crassulaceae family, native to the rocky, semi-arid regions of Mexico. It has compact, upright rosettes and shifts color dramatically when given plenty of bright light, and is pet friendly.

        The leaves are plump and lance-shaped, glowing in golden yellow with fiery orange-red edges when given plenty of bright light. They have a waxy, smooth texture and shift toward deeper forest green tones in lower light. The narrow, upright growth habit keeps the rosettes tidy and structured.

        It produces small, star-shaped white flowers on upright stalks, typically blooming in late winter to early spring. Keep in mind it does produce pollen, so it may not be the best choice for anyone with sensitivities to allergens. Rotate it regularly for even, balanced growth, and keep it away from direct air conditioning or heater vents, as blowing air stresses the foliage.
