Sedum Confusum forms glossy green rosettes with plump, spoon-shaped leaves that cluster and spread outward into a wide mat over time. The foliage has a bright, waxy sheen, and leaf tips can blush with golden-yellow tones when grown in full sun. It trails and spreads as a ground cover, filling containers, borders, and rock gardens with layered texture.
Small, star-shaped yellow flowers appear in spring, typically attracting pollinators. To trigger its best bloom display indoors, provide a cool night temperature drop in late winter.
Move it outside in summer to soak up full sun on a patio or balcony; it handles wind and rain without trouble. It spreads as a ground cover yet stays manageable in pots and hanging planters with trailing stems. It is pet friendly. You can leave it up to ten days without water. It tolerates dry, heated indoor air.
Sedum confusum grows in bright indirect light, partial sun, or full direct sun, adapting well to most outdoor spots and sunny windowsills.
