'Blue Burrito' produces plump, elongated leaves in a soft blue-green hue arranged in dense rosettes along gently trailing stems. The leaves have a powdery farina coating that gives them a dusty, frosted appearance. As it matures, the plant clusters and cascades, with trailing stems that can extend 12 inches or more.
Small star-shaped blooms appear in spring when the plant experiences a night temperature drop that triggers flowering. The trailing stems add movement to any display. Rotating the plant every few weeks keeps growth even and the rosettes full on all sides.
