When your package arrives, you may notice a bit of loose soil in the box. This is completely normal during shipping.
Please remove your plants from their packaging right away and follow the care instructions included with your order. Succulents prefer to dry out between waterings, so only water when the soil is completely dry.
Succulents are resilient plants and typically recover quickly once they settle into their new environment. Give them a few days to adjust before placing them in direct sunlight, and avoid fertilizing right away.

Gasteria ‘Fuji Yuki’ (often translated as "Snow on Fuji") is a stunning, highly sought-after variegated cultivar. Unlike the standard bicolor varieties, ‘Fuji Yuki’ is prized for its heavy, crisp white variegation that often covers large sections of the leaf. Its thick, lance-shaped leaves grow in a compact, architectural rosette, creating a look that resembles a snow-capped mountain.
While the Gasteria genus originates from South Africa, the ‘Fuji Yuki’ cultivar is a product of specialized horticultural selection, likely developed in Japan. It was bred specifically to stabilize and enhance the brilliant white margins and stripes that make it a centerpiece in any succulent collection.
The flowers of ‘Fuji Yuki’ are dainty, stomach-shaped (gastric) blossoms that hang like bells from a tall, slender raceme. They are typically a bicolored pinkish-orange and green. Because this cultivar grows slowly, the appearance of a bloom stalk is a rewarding event that signals a very happy plant.
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Because of the high amount of white (which lacks chlorophyll), this plant is more sensitive to sunburn than green varieties. Keep it away from harsh, direct midday sun.
Soil: Use a gritty, porous succulent mix. A ratio of 50% potting soil to 50% inorganic material (like pumice or bonsai jack) is ideal to ensure the roots stay dry.
Water: Low water needs. Only water when the soil is bone-dry to the touch.
