Ideas for DIY Painted Plant Pots

A new school year is quickly approaching. It's time you think about returning to your good old dorm room and decorate to make it feel like home for the next school year. One super quick tip to spruce up any dorm room is to add a pot of beautiful succulents on your desk or windowsill. Succulents are really low-maintenance and require minimal watering. You can concentrate on studying/partying and neglect your succulents for a long time because they have the ability to thrive in poor soil quality.

For those of you who are on a budget or would like to take on a challenge of a DIY project, you can purchase a plain clay pot or concrete pot for your succulents at any home goods stores and decorate it yourself. The most simple way to transform any plant pot is to paint it and give it some cool colors. This blog post will give you some inspiration to bring life to your succulent pots.
