  • Syngonium Pink Allusion, or Arrowhead plant, is a tropical vining plant that belongs to the Araceae family. This fast-growing trailing plant has beautiful arrowhead-shaped or heart-shaped foliage. The leaves are light green with creamy white variegation and striking bright pink veins.

Its vibrant pink and green foliage makes this plant a stunning decorative element in any living space. Syngonium Pink Allusion is originated from West Indies, Bolivia, Brazil, Mexico, and Ecuador.

Syngonium plants can reduce air pollutants like formaldehyde, toluene, and xylene.

  • Syngonium Pink Allusion thrives in bright indirect or filtered light. It also tolerates partially shady spots and lower light conditions. A couple of hours of indirect light per day is recommended to help this plant maintain its vibrant variegated colors. Deep shade may strip off its pink hues, while scorching sunlight might burn the leaves.

Syngonium Pink Allusion is perfect for people with busy schedules, as it is mildly drought tolerant. This plant enjoys some moisture in the topsoil but it also tolerates short periods of dry soil when you do not have time to water it. Water thoroughly and let the soil dry out between waterings.

This houseplant prefers moist, loose, well-draining soils, which you can make by adding some peat moss or perlite to a houseplant soil mix.

Syngonium Pink Allusion thrives in temperatures between 65°F-85°F. It does not like temperatures below 50°F. This plant loves warm temperatures and high humidity (over 50%), so mist your plant often and use a humidifier when the weather is dry.

This plant should be fertilized once per month during spring, summer and fall with diluted houseplant fertilizer.

This plant is toxic if ingested, so keep it out of reach of curious children and pets.

  • Provide porous soil with adequate drainage, pots with drainage hole are recommended. Bright, filtered light and ample airflow. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch. Never let your succulents sit in water. Do NOT water on the leaves. If you water from beneath by letting the plant sit in a saucer of water, make sure to pour off any excess water after a few minutes. The hotter it is outside, the faster your soil will dry out, so you’ll need to water more often if you live in a hot area. Water with caution in winter, as the plant can lose its roots if the soil stays cold and wet for extended periods; protect from frost to prevent scarring.
