Echeveria Violet Queen

8   |
  •  Echeveria Violet Queen is a charming Echeveria with tips that turn violet-pink in cold weather. The leaves are light grayish green, long, narrow, and curve slightly upward towards the tips similar to that of a lotus blossom. The rosettes can grow up to 8 inches in diameter. Echeveria Violet Queen produces offsets freely, making it a very pretty groundcover.

All of the plants will be shipped bare root.
  •  Full or Partial Sun.

     A well-drained succulent mix.

Avoid letting water sit for too long in the rosette to prevent rot and fungal diseases.

Dead leaves should be removed from the plant as soon as possible to ward off pests.

  • Your plant will be meticulously bubblewrapped and shipped in a sturdy box. Most 2" plants are shipped in their original plastic pot with soil. Fragile and big 4" plants are shipped bareroot to ensure their safety. When opening your package, some soil may be loose in the box. Plant orders are shipped within 3-5 days depending on availability of the plant. We ship our plants Monday through Friday, all twelve months of the year! If you need your order urgently, please message us so we can upgrade your shipping (additional cost applied). Here is our blog about the shipping process and packaging. We do not ship outside of the continental United States.
  • We only ship out beautiful, healthy plants! Please track your package and open it immediately upon arrival. If you receive your package and are not satisfied, please message us immediately. Fragile plants such as bearpaw, baby toe, etc. may break or loose a few of their leaves during transport. Please contact us for replacements if your plants are severely damaged. We'll try our best to accommodate you. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grown in, depending on availability or time of year.
  • Provide porous soil with adequate drainage, pots with drainage hole are recommended. Bright, filtered light and ample airflow. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch. Never let your succulents sit in water. Do NOT water on the leaves. If you water from beneath by letting the plant sit in a saucer of water, make sure to pour off any excess water after a few minutes. The hotter it is outside, the faster your soil will dry out, so you’ll need to water more often if you live in a hot area. Water with caution in winter, as the plant can lose its roots if the soil stays cold and wet for extended periods; protect from frost to prevent scarring.

It’s Beautiful!

So I have had my plants for about a week and half give or take. All plants look good and doing great. The Echeveria Velvet Queen has kept its color and it looks. A few lower leaves have whetted off but nothing too extremely. I have been keeping this plant in the windowsill because I read the note that y’all plants are all green house grown. I believe I received healthier plants from your online store than another company I purchased from. I am a new bee at these and I’m still learning about things to look for and how to understand these plants. I am looking forward to placing another order soon.
